Dixon Sanitary Terms & Conditions

Freight
All fitting orders over $1,500 and valve orders over $3,500 are full freight allowed including back orders. Dixon Sanitary will ship the product the best and most economical way. This does not include priority shipping requirements such as air freight. Applies only to shipments in the continental United States.

Pricing
Dixon Sanitary will always try to maintain pricing, however, with the fluctuation of material cost, we may be forced to change prices. Please be aware pricing is subject to change without notice.

Standard Returns
Dixon Sanitary will allow its customers to return any standard product for any reason within 30 days of shipment, provided it is received in saleable condition. The customer must call to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to returning to Dixon Sanitary, and, shipping will be at the customer's expense unless it is determined Dixon Sanitary created the reason for the return. Valve and Valve Automation
Not all valves, including actuated valves, are returnable. Those that are authorized for return will be subject to a 35% restocking charge. (Additional terms and conditions apply, contact Dixon Sanitary for a copy of the written policy.)

Miscellaneous and Non-Catalog Items

Excess Inventory Return or Past 30 Days

1. All requests should be submitted to Dixon Sanitary in Pewaukee, Wisconsin to the attention of RETURN GOODS, E-Mail: info@bradfordfittings.com or fax to: 262-513-4904. A stock return of up to five percent (5%) of the previous year's purchases will be allowed. The allowable return will be determined by the previous year's net sales The value of returned stock shall be the list price, less discount, in effect at the time of original shipment. (If this cannot be determined, the price in effect twelve (12) months prior to return will be used). A restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the net value of the merchandise returned will be assessed on all excess inventory returns. 2. Returns of only complete devices in original packages will be considered. No "soft" goods (seals, gaskets, etc.) will be accepted. No specials or obsolete items will be considered. No items purchased under "volume" or "special" quotations may be returned. All returned merchandise must be of Dixon Sanitary manufacture and in saleable conditions.
3. All excess stock authorized for return by Dixon Sanitary must be shipped freight PREPAID. No C.O.D., Freight Collect, etc. shipments will be accepted. All excess stock will be returned to N25 W23040 Paul Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072.
4. A request for return will be reviewed promptly and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued along with a copy of the stock return request marked to indicate the stock which will be accepted for inspection and the pricing that applies. The returned stock must be items for which there is sufficient current sales activity to enable Dixon Sanitary to resell it within one year.
5. Any unauthorized returned stock will be scrapped or shipped back to the customer freight collect per the customer's choice. The customer has ten (10) days to advise Dixon Sanitary as to the disposition of any product returned for credit but disallowed by Dixon Sanitary.
